Paint Amongst The Vines - Painting Workshop 2025
PAINT AMONGST THE VINES @ DELATITE WINERY
This workshop stimulates all the senses, with painting and a gourmet experience! Have you always wanted to explore plein-air painting and the possibilities of gouache paint? Join Wendy in the vines.
Delatite Winery is renowned for its exceptional wines and the stunning views from its vineyard and its newly built, architect-designed cellar door, restaurant, and terrace. As the grapes begin to bud and swell in Spring or the leaves turn russet in Autumn, pull up a chair and learn to paint with gouache while drinking in the panorama of High Country.
You will learn about using gouache in a painterly manner, palette layout, composition, and colour mixing. You will set up to paint the views, with your own painting kit for the day, and individual instruction from Wendy Jagger, an experienced artist, and art educator.
After creating your masterpieces on quality A4 watercolour paper and admiring everyone’s work, you will enjoy a delicious, two-course lunch in the stylish restaurant with a glass of Delatite wine, looking out at those stunning views you’ve just painted.
Suitable for beginners and the more experienced, Wendy will tailor her teaching to suit you.
WHEN - Sunday 2rd March 2025 - 10.30 am to 2.30 pm
WHERE - Delatite Winery, Pollards Road, Mansfield.
INCLUSIONS - all tuition, materials, morning tea, and a delicious lunch in the stylish restaurant, with an optional glass of Delatite wine.
MAXIMUM 12 Participants. A minimum number of 4 participants.
